  • Design and execute change readiness communications, including impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and feedback loops to gauge sentiment and adoption.
  • Serve as a communications advisor to senior leaders, coaching them on messaging delivery for high-visibility transformation moments.
  • Measure and report on communications effectiveness using engagement metrics, surveys, and feedback channels, adjusting strategy as needed.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and competing deadlines in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) and communications planning tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across geographies and business units.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio demonstrating clear, audience-tailored writing.
  • Experience with internal communications platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Workplace, Slack, Poppulo) and basic content design tools.

  • Executive presence and the judgment to advise leaders on sensitive or high-stakes messaging.
  • Strong stakeholder management across HR, Legal, IT, and business unit leadership.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting timelines typical of large transformation programs.
