Why This Role Matters:
This is a newly established executive role reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. The Director of FP&A will serve as the architect of financial visibility—leading planning, forecasting, and performance analytics across the organization. This leader will act as a strategic thought partner to the CFO and executive team, equipping stakeholders with the tools, data, and insights to drive enterprise-wide performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead enterprise financial planning, including annual budget development, quarterly forecasting, and strategic long-range planning
- Deliver meaningful, data-rich variance analysis and scenario modeling that supports high-stakes decision making
- Partner directly with the CFO and senior business leaders to translate business objectives into financial outcomes
- Build and manage dynamic dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that empower transparency and accountability
- Provide analytical support for capital allocation, business case development, and new growth initiatives
- Serve as the finance lead on company-wide initiatives, including technology modernization and automation of FP&A processes
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of curiosity, precision, and strategic impact

Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally within financial services or investment management
- Prior experience leading FP&A for a multi-entity or multi-channel business
- Proven experience building or evolving planning infrastructure, systems, and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA designation is strongly preferred. An MBA or other advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is also highly valued, especially for candidates with a track record of strategic leadership in complex financial environments.
