A global organization in the finance and professional-education space is looking for a NetSuite Revenue Recognition SME to stabilize a high-volume ARM environment, support Accounting through month-end close, and guide Dev/QA on ongoing improvements. This is a critical role focused on tightening processes, resolving long-standing merge issues, and building a reliable, repeatable revenue workflow the internal team can own moving forward.

The SME will oversee NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management operations, diagnose and resolve merge failures, and provide hands-on expertise for revenue-related enhancements. You’ll work directly with Accounting, a dedicated BA, and technical teams to streamline processes, document best practices, and reduce dependency on internal resources. The organization is seeking someone who can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding.

What You'll Do:

• Run and monitor monthly ARM merges in a high-volume environment
• Troubleshoot merge failures, data exceptions, and allocation issues
• Act as the subject-matter expert and design authority for rev rec system changes
• Collaborate with Accounting on new membership structures, discount models, and reporting improvements
• Partner with Dev/QA teams to guide technical fixes and validate outcomes
• Document workflows and build training materials for Accounting/Admin teams
• Drive process improvements to minimize manual intervention
• Ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue principles and reporting requirements

What You'll Have:
