- Conduct management interviews and collaborate directly with buyers, sellers, and deal teams
- Translate complex financial findings into clear, decision-useful insights for investors and executives
- Manage engagement timelines, deliverables, and client expectations from kickoff through close
- Develop, coach, and mentor Managers, Seniors, and Associates; provide formal performance feedback
- Support business development efforts including proposal development, client meetings, and thought leadership
- Build long-term relationships with private equity groups, corporate development teams, and internal service lines
- Maintain strong technical command of U.S. GAAP and transaction advisory best practices
What You'll Have:
- 8–10+ years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, audit, or M&A advisory
- Background in a Big Four or top-tier national / regional accounting or advisory firm strongly preferred

- CPA license preferred (or progress toward certification)
- Willingness to travel periodically (generally ~20% or less)
Why This Role?
- Visible leadership position within a rapidly expanding TAS platform
