NY, USA
Apply for this job

District Partners has been exclusively engaged by our private equity–backed client in the technology-enabled professional services industry to identify a Sr. Director of Revenue Operations. This is a critical hire reporting directly to the CRO and sitting at the center of the firm’s Global Revenue Organization (GRO).

If you are energized by the challenge of aligning data, strategy, and execution to drive measurable growth — and want to play a leadership role inside a dynamic, PE-backed enterprise — this opportunity was built for you.

Why This Role Matters

Our client is in a high-growth phase, and revenue operations is the connective tissue across marketing, business development, sales, and account management. The Sr. Director of RevOps will be responsible for building scalable systems, ensuring strategic alignment, and empowering leadership with insights that translate directly into business impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the Architect of Growth – Shape and execute the strategic revenue plan in partnership with CRO and GRO leaders.
  • Own the Data – Serve as the single source of truth for all GRO metrics; build reporting and analytics that drive decision-making and accountability.
  • Lead and Inspire – Manage and scale a RevOps team (2–5 and growing), fostering top talent and operational excellence.
  • Design Smarter Systems – Oversee Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, Xactly and other core revenue technologies, ensuring adoption and ROI.
  • Optimize the Pipeline – Build and refine pipeline methodologies, review processes, and reporting that accelerate sales cycles and growth.
  • Compensation & Performance – Drive comp plan design and execution across US, EMEA, and APAC teams; monitor KPIs with early detection systems.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement – Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and improve quality across all GRO functions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years in GTM operations, strategy, or business planning; at least 6 years in data systems and reporting.
  • Track record of success in PE-backed, high-growth companies, ideally within technology-enabled services or SaaS.
  • Proven collaborator with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in complex data sets and advanced reporting.
  • Salesforce expertise; MBA or equivalent preferred.

What You'll Have:

  • You thrive in fast-paced, PE-backed environments where agility and precision are non-negotiable. You combine strategic vision with hands on execution and have a reputation for scaling revenue systems that deliver results.
  • This is more than an operations role — it’s a chance to define how a PE-backed growth engine scales in the professional services + tech sector.

Location: Hybrid NYC HQ

Compensation: $185,000 – $220,000 + Bonus
