Title: Assistant Global Controller (Remote – Global Organization)
Location: Remote – Global, with preference for candidates in North America or Europe
Base Salary: $170,000 - $250,000
District Partners has been retained by a leading global intelligence firm to assist in the recruitment of an Assistant Global Controller. This high-growth, global organization is seeking an experienced financial leader to manage global financial reporting, consolidations, and SEC reporting. This role is ideal for a senior finance professional with a blend of Big 4 audit and industry experience, looking to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee corporate accounting and financial reporting for global operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across multiple jurisdictions
- Lead the global month-end close process and manage the consolidation of financial results
- Manage SEC reporting and collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance
- Supervise a global team of contractors and work closely with the Director of Financial Reporting and Director of Corporate Accounting
- Partner with senior leadership to align financial processes with business strategies and drive operational excellence
- Work with cross-functional teams to navigate ongoing system implementations and ensure smooth transitions during periods of change
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate accounting or financial reporting, with a mix of Big 4 audit and industry roles
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, including experience with consolidations, SEC reporting, and global financial operations
- Proven ability to lead and develop global teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Experience in a global, high-growth organization is highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different time zones and work well in a remote, collaborative team environment
