As the firm prepares for its next phase of national growth, we are seeking an exceptional Human Resources Manager to help build, optimize, and elevate HR operations across the organization.


The Human Resources Manager will serve as a key operational leader within the HR function—responsible for day-to-day HR operations, compliance, employee experience, and translating HR strategy into consistent execution across the firm.


This role is highly visible, collaborative, and mission-critical. You will partner closely with senior leadership, support firmwide people initiatives, and help shape the employee journey for 300+ team members nationwide. The ideal candidate is agile, systems-driven, deeply organized, and energized by building scalable HR infrastructure in a fast-moving environment.


What You'll Do:

  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Lead daily HR operations, ensuring processes run efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with policy.
  • Maintain compliance with multi-state employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Oversee HR reporting, audits, and compliance documentation.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure quality hiring and alignment with firmwide hiring standards.
  • Manage and mentor the HR Generalist, ensuring administrative hiring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Own the onboarding experience to ensure seamless integration for new hires.
  • Performance Management & Employee Development
  • Support performance-evaluation processes and ensure adherence to timelines and policies.
  • Assist with employee development programs, career planning, and training initiatives.
  • Track performance trends and provide insights to leadership.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for employee concerns, offering guidance and coaching to managers and team members.
  • Support firmwide culture-building, engagement initiatives, and communication efforts.
  • Assist with employee-relations matters and investigations as needed.
  • Compensation, Benefits & HR Systems
  • Support salary benchmarking, compensation planning, and benefits administration.
  • Partner with payroll and third-party vendors to ensure accurate and timely processes.
  • Monitor HR analytics, generating reporting on workforce trends.
  • Employment Documentation & Process Optimization
  • Ensure all correspondence and documentation align with federal/state regulations and internal policies.
  • Partner with leadership across offices to maintain alignment on promotions, job offers, and employment actions.
  • Build scalable processes to ensure timely tracking of employment changes.

What You'll Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of HR management or senior HR generalist experience.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of multi-state and federal employment laws.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Confident in conflict resolution, coaching, and employee-relations management.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Analytical, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/talent-management systems.
