We are partnering with a growing organization to hire a Controller who will oversee accounting operations across several business units and support the company’s continued expansion. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting leader who can strengthen processes, guide a distributed team, and ensure reliable financial reporting.

Role Overview

The Controller will manage the accounting function, maintain accurate financial statements, and work closely with leadership on planning and performance initiatives. This role requires both strategic awareness and hands-on engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support accounting staff working across multiple locations.

• Oversee daily accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance and period-end close.

• Establish consistent practices that improve accuracy, timeliness, and workflow efficiency.

• Review financial results, monitor trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

• Maintain internal controls, documentation, and readiness for external reviews.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and broader financial planning efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including team leadership

• Experience supporting multi-entity operations

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
