What You'll Do:

• Direct and oversee all payroll operations across North America, covering thousands of employees in multiple jurisdictions
• Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and international payroll regulations
• Drive process optimization and automation initiatives to increase accuracy and efficiency
• Lead system upgrades, integrations, and reporting to provide executive-level insight into payroll operations
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to streamline processes and ensure seamless end-to-end employee experience
• Build and mentor a high-performing payroll team capable of scaling with the business

Preferred Background:

• Proven track record leading multi-state payroll operations; cross-border experience a plus
• Deep knowledge of payroll compliance, regulations, and reporting requirements
• Experience with payroll system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
• Strong leadership presence, with the ability to collaborate across executive and operational teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field preferred; CPP certification highly desirable
