As a Senior Client Service Associate, you will serve as a key member of the client service team, partnering closely with advisors, clients, and external professionals to ensure a seamless client experience. This senior-level role combines relationship management, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration within a sophisticated wealth management environment.
What You'll Do:
- Own core client operations workflows with a bias for speed, precision, and proactive communication
- Serve as senior escalation point and subject matter expert for onboarding, transfers/ACATs, money movement and complex documentation
- Partner with the Client Service Manager to expand automation and technology across client services while protecting compliance and quality standards
- Proactively engaging with the team to prioritize workload, providing client service updates, and escalating potential issues when appropriate
- Support firm-wide initiatives such as custodial integrations, CRM/workflow enhancements, and process improvement projects
- Coordinate the delivery of tax returns to clients for signature and the processing of related tax payments
- Ensure high standards for documentation, client communication, and operational risk controls
- Maintain detailed information and prepare reports using CRM software
- Perform internet-based research when requested to support client team and clients
- Resolve inquiries for clients under scope
- Assist Office Assistant with answering, screening, and transferring inbound phone calls
- Other duties and management of projects assigned
What You'll Have:
- Ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of client service experience in MFO or RIA
- Proven track record of direct client interaction delivering white-glove service
- Deep working knowledge of custodial processes (onboarding, transfers, money movement, reporting)
- High service orientation and comfort working with clients and Wealth Managers
- Proficiency with custodial platforms (Fidelity, Charles Schwab), CRM systems, and modern workflow tools
- Advanced computer skills - Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM
