Job Title: Senior FP&A Analyst

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid: In-office M–W, Remote TH–F)

A fast-growing, private equity–backed platform in the residential services space is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its expanding finance team. This organization operates a multi-brand portfolio across numerous U.S. markets and is undergoing rapid growth through organic initiatives and acquisitions. In this role, you'll be a critical member of a high-impact FP&A function, helping to design and implement systems and processes that support strategic priorities. You'll collaborate closely with business partners across the organization, driving insights that inform decisions at the highest levels.

Responsibilities:

• Support monthly P&L reporting and forecasting, delivering accurate and actionable insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Operations to ensure integrity in financial reporting and highlight business trends or concerns.
• Partner with department leads to develop budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Maintain and improve dashboards and reporting tools to track key metrics and performance indicators.
• Prepare materials for Monthly Business Reviews, Board reporting, and other executive deliverables.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling and deep-dive analysis as needed.
• Take ownership of special projects that support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting preferred); strong academic background.
• 4–6 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or a related analytical field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial modeling and reporting.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and synthesizing data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across functions and seniority levels.
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with tools like Workday Adaptive, Domo, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Understanding of full P&L structures, forecasting processes, and balance sheet/cash flow analysis is advantageous.
