Our client is a fast-growing digital engineering and technology services organization supporting Fortune 1000 and enterprise clients across industries including healthcare & life sciences, transportation & logistics, financial services, manufacturing, and SaaS/tech platforms. They drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives spanning product design, software development, cloud and platform engineering, data & AI, and agile delivery models such as Scrum-as-a-Service®.


With revenues of ~$150M and backed by recent acquisitions, the company is positioned for strong organic and M&A-driven growth. They operate with a distributed team across the U.S. and Latin America and maintain a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.


The Director of FP&A will serve as a strategic business partner to the CFO and executive leadership, providing financial insight to support growth, profitability, and operational excellence. This individual will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, while also building scalable systems and reporting structures to enable decision-making during a period of rapid growth and ongoing M&A activity.


What You'll Do:

  • Own and drive the company’s annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide actionable insights into revenue trends, gross margin performance, operating expenses, and cash flow.
  • Support M&A activity, including financial modeling, due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition tracking.
  • Develop and enhance financial dashboards, KPIs, and reporting packages for executive and board-level presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with accounting to ensure revenue recognition, AR, billing, and collections are tightly aligned with financial planning processes.
  • Lead scenario modeling to assess the impact of growth initiatives, pricing strategies, and operational investments.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for FP&A and cross-functional finance staff.


What You'll Have:

  • 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in FP&A leadership.
  • Experience in high-growth, services-based, or technology-driven businesses strongly preferred.
  • Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis in support of revenue and operational performance.
  • Proven experience supporting M&A transactions (evaluation, diligence, integration).
  • Hands-on leader able to operate strategically while also rolling up sleeves to drive results.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across the business.
  • Systems experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms a plus.


Location: Flexible/Remote (Dallas or Atlanta a plus)
