We are hiring a senior commercial sales proefessional to take ownership of the toy & gaming market across EMEA.
Working for a global, digital-first kids and family entertainment business, this is a pivotal hire with responsibility for delivering £2M in revenue across EMEA as part of a £6M international target spanning the UK, Netherlands and Singapore.
This is a “steady the ship” year. The priority is predictable, reliable bookings from strong endemic relationships rather than speculative growth. Fewer, bigger, better deals.
The Role
You will own and drive the Toy and Gaming commercial strategy across EMEA, focusing on scaling video media sales and integrated brand partnerships.
Key responsibilities:
• Deliver £2M in EMEA revenue through digital video and brand partnerships
• Secure quick wins with endemic toy and kids brands, leveraging warm relationships
• Deepen and activate senior agency relationships, particularly within YouTube and digital video
• Identify, pitch and close integrated commercial partnerships
• Build long-term strategic relationships with brands and agency partners
• Create data-driven, insight-led commercial narratives tailored to client objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally across product, ad ops, marketing, distribution and legal to deliver seamless execution
• Analyse performance and optimise campaigns for long-term partnership growth
Who We’re Looking For
• 8+ years in digital video ad sales or integrated brand partnerships
• Strong relationships across toy, gaming and family brands in EMEA
• Deep understanding of the agency landscape and YouTube-led sales environments
• A track record of closing high-value, integrated partnerships
• Ability to leverage existing relationships to unlock revenue quickly
• Commercially disciplined, entrepreneurial and comfortable operating autonomously
• Experienced working within fast-paced, scaling businesses
