We’re looking for a sharp, strategic Business Development Manager to join this fast-growing advisory team – a consultancy offering insight, training, and tools to help global brands harness creativity for commercial impact.
You’ll drive growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities with marketing and creative leaders. This is a high-impact role working closely with major global brands – bringing smart, strategic thinking and a consultative mindset to every conversation.
What you’ll do:
✔ Own and grow a high-quality pipeline of new business opportunities
✔ Work directly with senior stakeholders to understand their challenges and build tailored proposals
✔ Close deals that drive both revenue and long-term client value
✔ Use insight, data and instinct to steer smart, strategic outreach
✔ Mentor and support the wider business development team
✔ Collaborate across internal teams to create a seamless client experience
What you bring:
