Are you an experienced Project Manager in the commercial roofing industry?

The Externals Group are looking for a Project Manager in Maryland to work with a well known and established commercial roofing contractor, who specialize in the delivery of high-quality roofing solutions to commercial properties nationwide. You will be planning and controlling each stage of the project from pre-constructions right through to completion of installation & repairs for multiple commercial projects.

A Day in the Life:

• Manage all phases of roofing projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and resolve any issues.
• Oversee on-site safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Review project plans, estimates, and contract documents to ensure project success.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in Project Management
• Experience in Commercial Roofing systems such as Single Ply, Asphalt, Hot & Cold Applied and Metal Roofing.
• Great multitasking skills to manage multiple projects at the one time.
