Job Info:

Manage commercial roofing projects from contract award through completion. Responsibilities include overseeing crews and subcontractors, scheduling and budget management, maintaining safety standards, and serving as the primary client contact. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to company quality standards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in commercial roofing (commercial construction experience also considered)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety, and budgeting
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects
