Job Info: As Production Manager, you will lead the Production division, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional craftsmanship. You will oversee contract intake, scheduling, material and labor planning, quality control, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. In this role, you’ll mentor and develop the production team while maintaining high safety standards and delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in construction/production management within a $10M+ contractor.
• Strong knowledge of roofing, siding, or gutter installation.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to coach, mentor, and drive operational efficiency.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Business Suite and project management software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $100,000 - $120,000 base salary (DOE).
• Bonus up to $14,000 annually for hitting EBITDA goals.
