The Externals Group are partnering with a well-established, rapidly growing remodeling and roofing contractor known for high-quality workmanship, integrity, and professional development. They are seeking a Production Supervisor to support continued growth across Indiana.

The Role:

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead field teams and oversee the execution of exterior remodeling projects. You’ll coordinate materials and subcontractors, maintain efficient workflows, and ensure every project is completed safely, on schedule, and to the company’s quality standards.

A Day in the Life:

• Supervise production crews and subcontractors across multiple projects.
• Communicate expectations, monitor performance, and coach team members.
• Recruit, onboard, and train field and production staff.
• Build and manage project schedules and resolve issues as they arise.
• Oversee production processes, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and vehicle maintenance.
• Manage and document change orders; support finance with timely billing.
• Provide clear communication to customers regarding scheduling and updates.
• Collaborate with homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors throughout each project.

• Experience with quality control, safety, and production planning.
• Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize processes.
• High attention to detail and reliable problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous supervisory or crew-lead experience
• Degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in construction, remodeling, or production
