Business Development Manager - Commercial Roofing

Nashville, Tennessee (within a few hours)

$80,000 - $100,000 base + commission + bonus + full benefits

Job Info:

Lead business development across a multi-state territory, focusing on generating new service and reroofing opportunities with commercial roofing clients. You’ll identify prospects through networking, trade events, and existing relationships, develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and represent the company as a trusted partner for long-term roof asset management. This role requires a self-starter with strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to grow sales in construction-related industries.


Requirements:

  • Proven record of sales growth in construction or building services
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Driven, strategic, and comfortable working autonomously across multiple states
  • Roofing or construction knowledge preferred
