The Externals Group is working with a large roofing and exterior contractor that specializes in full service residential projects. They are on the look out for a Director of Production to take the reins and oversee multi-level employees from repair technicians to project managers.

Summary: You would be in charge of managing budgets and costing, overseeing staff and driving the team to assist with expand the company and develop solutions to any issues that may arise.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a senior or executive-level role within roofing, construction or a similar industry
• Experience managing large teams
• Working with budgets & costing
