Director of Production

The Externals Group are working with a large roofing & construction contractor that specializes in full service residential projects. Growing quickly, they are on the look out for a Director of Production. This is someone who will over see multi level employees from repair techs to project managers.

A Day in the Life:

• Analyze workflow production, from the project hand off to the final cleanup, to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase quality
• Over look and manage the budget to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Performance evaluations of your teams and implement training and coaching to improve the skill set of team members

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a in a senior or exec level role within roofing, construction or a similar industry
• Experience managing large teams
• Working with budgets & costing
