Job Info: Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial roofing projects throughout the Pacific Northwest region. Conduct detailed site inspections, analyze project specifications, and develop competitive proposals for diverse roofing systems including repairs, replacements, and new construction. Work with established manufacturer relationships to ensure optimal pricing and materials selection. Position involves travel throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho territories to evaluate projects and maintain client relationships.

Requirements: 5+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience with strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and materials
