$60,000 - $70,000 Base (DOE) + Up to 5% Commission + Benefits Package


The Externals Group are partnering with a well-established commercial roofing contractor with a strong reputation across the state. Known for their integrity, quality workmanship, and commitment to growth, this company is looking to add a driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to their expanding team.


The Role:


As a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll oversee the full sales cycle - from initial inspection through to project closeout. You’ll work with inbound leads, develop new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with property managers, building owners, and contractors. You’ll also have the support of dedicated marketing and CRM systems designed to help you succeed.


A Day in the Life:


  • Manage the full sales process: inspections, estimates, proposals, and closing deals.
  • Handle inbound leads while proactively generating new opportunities.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations including pull tests, core cuts, and roof inspections.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.


What You’ll Bring:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial roofing sales or relevant construction sales.
  • Strong knowledge of low-slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to perform roof inspections.


What’s on Offer:


  • Base salary of $60,000 - $70,000 (DOE) + up to 5% commission.
