Job Info: As General Manager/COO of Commercial Roofing, you will lead comprehensive divisional operations, overseeing project management, estimating, field crews, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. You'll drive the commercial division to achieve financial targets while maintaining exceptional workmanship standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience and deep knowledge of commercial roofing systems.
• 8+ years in a leadership role within commercial roofing or construction.
• Strong track record in team leadership, operational management, and financial performance.
