We are working with a well established Commercial and Residential roofing contractor with operations across Maryland. This large company has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship and professional service in the commercial roofing sector and expanding into the residential market

Day in the life: We are seeking an experienced sales project manager to join their growing team. This role is an in office position. You'll work closely with the Estimators, Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project

Requirements:

• 5+ years of residential Sales Project Management experience
• Work closely with estimators, field teams, and clients to understand project requirements.
• Resilience and adaptability in fast-changing environments (weather, materials, client changes)
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
