Job Info:

Manage the professional delivery of a metal roofing site from inception to completion, ensuring quality, health & safety, and timeframe requirements are met. Oversee site operations, coordinate subcontractors and operatives, conduct toolbox talks and inductions, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Responsible for quality control, progress monitoring, and client interface whilst adhering to all H&S legislation. Position requires managing multiple aspects including materials coordination, scaffold arrangements, and ensuring zero snags through effective quality management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in metal roofing site management with strong H&S knowledge and CSCS qualification
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, operatives, and multiple project aspects simultaneously with excellent organisational skills
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities with experience in client liaison and project documentation
