Junior Manager/Supervisor - Roofing

Overview

The Externals Group is working with a well-established Industrial roofing and cladding contractor based out of the North East. We are currently seeking a Construction Graduate or a Junior Manager/Supervisor who will assist in overseeing delivery of roofing and/or cladding projects from initiation to completion.

This position provides a clear path for career progression into Contracts Management for the successful candidate.

A day in the life will involve working closely with the contracts manager with the following:

• Manage multiple roofing projects located throughout the North East, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project progression.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and contractual obligations.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits and project reviews to assess progress and adherence to specifications.

Requirements:

• Experience with roofing would be beneficial, although not necessary
• Construction related qualification
• Must have a desire to move into Management
