Job Info:

Lead regional operations for the North East. Oversee multiple contracts and teams, plan resources, uphold health and safety and quality, manage client relationships, and support estimating and pre construction activity. Suits a Contracts Manager ready to step up, estimating experience is ideal.

Requirements:

• Track record in roofing or cladding contract management with team leadership experience
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to oversee regional operations
• Estimating experience or robust understanding of tendering and costs preferred
