About Project: Procurement Project Manager (Cashflow Optimisation Project)
The objective of this position is to enhance procurement efficiency and achieve measurable cost savings across the organisation. This will be done by reviewing all existing purchases, analysing supplier arrangements, and identifying opportunities to harmonise product types, categories, and vendors.
The project will also evaluate strategies on securing better pricing (e.g., through negotiations with current suppliers or through strategic procurement tenders), while ensuring resilience of critical supplies for each service.
