About Project: System Analyst
The project focuses on implementing case management systems across various Services to improve operational efficiency and service delivery. It involves end-to-end engagement with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners, along with ongoing support for other strategic IT initiatives and daily system operations. This project and daily support aim to enhance service delivery through effective system integration and stakeholder engagement.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to gather requirements and define system specifications.
- Lead and support the rollout of case management systems across various Services. This includes active involvement in all stages of the project lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on other strategic IT projects.
- Provide daily applications support and perform administrator functions such as user management, security management, etc.
- Manage 3rd party vendors and consultants to achieve holistic outcome/ goal.
- Develop SOP, user guides, training materials and systems documentations and ensure these are up-to date.
Deliverables
- Documented business and technical requirements for case management systems.
- Successfully deployed case management systems across targeted Services.
- Test plans, results, and user acceptance sign-offs.
- Training materials or user guides for system users.
- Support logs and resolution reports for BAU activities.
- Contributions to other IT project documentation and stakeholder communications.
- Prepare reports/ dashboards for IT department and end users.
Job Specifications
Minimum Education / Qualifications
Diploma/ Degree in Information system or equivalent.
Minimum Years of Relevant Experience
3 or more years’ experience in CRM, business applications support and project implementation.
Knowledge/Skills
- Experiences in analysing, designing and implementing information systems and strong passion in business processes.
- Experiences in case management, e.g. Account Management, Enrolment, Case Management, Fee Management, and Event Management, etc.
- Experiences in project, incident, change and risk management.
- Basic understanding in ERP, CMS, Business Intelligence and workflow tool would be an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and other Windows and web applications.
