Our client is looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Development Lead to drive growth and establish partnerships for their B2B SaaS and AI healthcare solutions. Our client is in AI Healthcare to take healthcare awareness to a billion lives. This role is critical in growing market presence in Singapore and India, and achieving revenue targets through SaaS subscriptions and platform-based solutions. The Business Development Lead will work closely with internal product and leadership teams to shape go-to-market strategies, close high-value deals, and position the company as a trusted partner in healthcare digital transformation.

The company is seeking a passionate, strategic, and results-driven Business Development Lead to drive growth and establish strong partnerships, focusing on B2B SaaS and AI solutions. This role emphasises expanding market presence, building lasting client relationships, crafting go-to-market strategies, and ensuring alignment across internal teams for successful execution.

Key Responsibilities


(1) Strategic Business Development

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve revenue and market penetration targets in Singapore and India
  • Identify new business opportunities across industries, with a focus on B2B and enterprise SaaS solutions


(2) Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprises, SMEs, and organisations seeking AI-driven SaaS solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client pain points and aligning FlocCare solutions to business needs
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience


(3) Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging needs in B2B SaaS and AI solutions space
  • Stay informed about competitors' offerings to position the company's solutions effectively and highlight unique value propositions


(4) Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both clients and the company.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets by closing deals in line with company objectives


(5) Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop and refine go-to-market strategies tailored to client needs
  • Provide valuable feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and align with market demands.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast revenue and track business development


(6) Thought Leadership & Networking

  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and forums to enhance brand visibility and build a network of potential leads.
  • Establish the company as a leader in AI-driven B2B SaaS solutions by contributing insights and expertise in relevant discussions.


Qualifications, Required Skills & Experience


Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI solutions industry related to healthcare
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building strong client relationships
  • Network and relationships in hospitals, clinic chains, and insurance would be an added advantage


Technical Knowledge

  • Familiarity with AI and digital transformation solutions and their applications in healthcare environments
  • Hands-on experience with selling SaaS solutions, including understanding of subscription models and cloud-based platforms


Sales and Communication:

  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to convey complex technical solutions in a way that resonates with business stakeholders.


Market Understanding:

  • Strong understanding of the Singapore and India healthcare ecosystems and regulatory environments
  • Proven ability to adapt strategies to the local market and establish a strong foothold


Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce for pipeline management
  • Exposure to enterprise-level SaaS and digital transformation initiatives


Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field
  • Certifications in sales, SaaS, or AI-related fields are a plus
