They are looking for a qualified and interested Senior Executive in Volunteer Management.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will build a network of volunteers to support the community in health promotion activities.

1. Build a network of volunteers with community partners to support health promotion activities
2. Recruit, manage volunteers and deploy them to suitable volunteer activities.
3. Develop training materials and conduct training for volunteers
4. Develop and implement new activities for volunteers to support health promotion in the community

Key Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any Discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in volunteer management, preferably in Healthcare or Social Service Sector (or equivalent expertise)
• Analytical and organisaed, able to translate concepts into actionable goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Resourceful and meticulous team player who is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
