They are looking for a qualified and interested Senior Executive in Volunteer Management.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will build a network of volunteers to support the community in health promotion activities.
- Build a network of volunteers with community partners to support health promotion activities
- Recruit, manage volunteers and deploy them to suitable volunteer activities.
- Develop training materials and conduct training for volunteers
- Develop and implement new activities for volunteers to support health promotion in the community
Key Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any Discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in volunteer management, preferably in Healthcare or Social Service Sector (or equivalent expertise)
- Analytical and organisaed, able to translate concepts into actionable goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful and meticulous team player who is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
