Freelance Trainers & Facilitators (Social Services & Community Programmes)


Evergreen Talent Pool | Project-Based Engagements

We work with charities and social service organisations across Singapore who regularly engage freelance trainers and facilitators for short-term, project-based programmes.


These programmes typically cover topics such as:

  • Life skills and employability skills (including for persons with disabilities)
  • Caregiving and family support
  • Eldercare, ageing well, and community wellbeing
  • Social services capability-building and frontline staff development


As demand arises, we curate and match trainers based on relevant experience, certification, and programme needs.


Who We Are Looking For:

We welcome interest from trainers, educators, and practitioners who meet one or more of the following criteria:


1. Training & Adult Learning Certification

Please indicate if you hold:

  • ACLP / ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance / equivalent)
  • DACE / DDDLP or equivalent curriculum design and development certification

2. Teaching & Education Experience

Please indicate if you have teaching or facilitation experience in:

  • Secondary schools
  • Polytechnics
  • Universities
  • ITE or continuing education institutions

(Experience may be full-time, adjunct, or sessional.)

3. Practice-Based Experience (Highly Valued)

  • Experience working with social service agencies, charities, or community organisations
  • Background in social work, psychology, education, healthcare, community development, or related fields
  • Comfort facilitating diverse learner groups, including seniors, caregivers, and persons with disabilities


Engagement Model:

  • Freelance / project-based (no guaranteed volume of work)
  • Engagements vary in duration, format, and frequency depending on charity needs
  • Trainers will be contacted when suitable opportunities arise


This is ideal for:

  • Freelance trainers building a portfolio of meaningful work
  • Retired or semi-retired educators looking to continue contributing
  • Practitioners who enjoy teaching alongside professional practice
