The Courage Chapter is looking for a Fundraising Manager (Fractional) for a Singapore-registered charity that supports women from disadvantaged backgrounds in achieving economic independence by providing career coaching, interview preparation, and work-appropriate attire to help women secure and sustain meaningful employment.
Engagement Period: Fractional 2-3 days (or equivalent, e.g. half-days each day)

Position Overview:
The Fundraising Manager will lead the development and implementation of strategic fundraising initiatives to secure financial support for Image Mission. This role involves cultivating relationships with donors, managing fundraising campaigns and ensuring compliance with fundraising regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Fundraising Planning:
- Develop and execute multi-channel fundraising strategies, including events, individual giving, corporate partnerships and grants.
- Set fundraising targets and monitor progress towards goals.
- Donor Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
- Implement donor recognition programs to enhance donor retention.
- Grant Management:
- Identify funding opportunities and oversee the preparation and submission of grant applications.
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements and timely reporting.
- Campaign and Event Management:
- Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns to engage donors and raise funds.
- Collaborate with internal teams and volunteers to ensure successful event execution.
- Financial Oversight:
- Monitor fundraising income and expenditures.
- Prepare financial reports to account for the use of funds and inform strategic decisions.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Executive Director and Fund Development Committee to align fundraising efforts with organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to fundraising volunteers and staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising or related roles within the social service sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in fundraising platforms and donor management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in grant writing and knowledge of grant compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with digital fundraising tools and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to assess fundraising performance and inform strategy.
