The Courage Chapter is looking for a HR Programme Coordinator (fractional, contract) to support a leading multi-national insurance firm in executing a cross-functional and innovative programme that champions for flexible employment and deployment of mature professionals. 


Engagement Period: 

  • 3 days per week on average per month (~ 2 to 4 days per week, with possible peak periods)
  • 9-month contract: January 2026 to September 2026


Job Description:


  • Pool Curation & Activation: 
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate matching and relevant communications for selection of applicants into the flexible talent pool, and for selected projects.
  • Support in maintaining a curated talent pool ready for deployment, such as through learning and engagement activities.
  • Activate talent pool for relevant assignments.
  • Project Intake and Scope: 
  • Collect and manage assignments from different departments, in terms of job scope, expected duration, location/hybrid arrangements, and key milestones.
  • Engagement Tracking: 
  • Create and maintain an engagement tracker and utilization view for deployed (active) and retainer (bench) talent pool members.
  • Payroll Coordination: 
  • Coordinate with the Company’s in‑house payroll team as applicable to the deployment model.
  • Coordinate payments, e.g. project fee, retainer and salary, as necessary to the talent pool members and The Courage Chapter.
  • External HR Business Partner Support: 
  • Act as external HR business partner to support the programme, such as deployment, onboarding coordination, performance check‑ins, and offboarding/knowledge handover.
  • Reporting / Claims Submission and Processing: 
  • Monthly programme reporting covering utilization, placements, issues/risks, and agreed success metrics. 
  • Support in processing and submitting the relevant claims and supporting documentation for programme funding to the appropriate government agencies.
