The Courage Chapter is looking for an Operations Advisor / Operator (Fractional, 2-days a week) for a purpose-driven jewellery brand based in Singapore, dedicated to creating meaningful, timeless pieces that celebrate connection, craftsmanship, and conscious living.

Salary Range

S$3,000 - 3,500 per month for 2-days a week

Job Description

The purpose of this role is to stabilise the internal engine and lay the groundwork for the next chapter of the business.

Broadly, the scope would cover three key pillars:

Systems and Execution

• Audit and map our current workflows: from sales to fulfilment to production
• Set up scalable SOPs, processes and tools (Monday.com, inventory tracking, CRM)
• Improve coordination across departments: Sales, Ops, Marketing

Team & Organisation Structure

• Help define roles, team structure, and reporting flows
• Support hiring and onboarding for ops / admin / sales
• Introduce rhythms like check-ins, reviews, team dashboards

Founder Support and Strategic Alignment

• Be a sparring partner to turn vision into priorities and action plans
• Help the founder to delegate more and step out of the daily grind
• Keep the team aligned with clarity and consistency
