About the Role

We’re expanding our network and looking for experienced technical recruiters who have successfully placed candidates with VC-backed startups. This is an independent contractor opportunity, ideal for recruiters who love the startup ecosystem and want to collaborate with a fast-moving, growing team.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with hiring managers and founders to fill high-priority roles in engineering, product, and GTM functions
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates through your own network and creative sourcing strategies
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, from outreach to offer acceptance
• Collaborate with internal team members to align search priorities and candidate pipelines
• Communicate regularly to ensure smooth, transparent hiring processes

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience recruiting for VC-backed or high-growth startups
• Strong track record of technical placements (engineering, data, or product roles preferred)
• Ability to dedicate 10–20 hours per week
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven by results
• Exceptional communication and candidate management skills
