What You’ll Bring:
Collaborative Culture & Leadership – You will work alongside the Owners while building a strong emphasis on team building and growth development. You will apply your expertise in change management, communication, policies and procedures, and employee coaching to help shape our practice and community impact.
Decision Making - You make good decisions, you solve problems, and you are comfortable deciding on important matters in a timely way. Whether the decision pertains to employees, clients, financial options, marketing strategy, or hospital protocols, you efficiently analyze facts and evaluate results to choose the best solutions.
Resilience and Adaptability - You have the ability to cope effectively with pressure and setbacks. You see obstacles or failure as opportunities to grow. You lean into your values as you face challenges, and you teach your team to do the same.
· Veterinary practice management experience preferred, although we will also consider strong candidates from other service industries (i.e. human healthcare, retail, restaurant, hospitality).
· CVPM is a Plus!
· Experience using Impomed is a Plus!
