The Assistant General Manager will help oversee daily restaurant operations while fostering a positive team culture and delivering a top-tier guest experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on service, quality, and profitability
- Manage P&L, food cost, labor, and inventory with an eye toward efficiency and performance

- Build strong working relationships with staff, vendors, and fellow managers
- Ensure consistent execution of all brand standards and food safety procedures

Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in full-service restaurant management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
- Chain or multi-unit restaurant experience strongly preferred
