SAGE Hospitality Partners is hiring a Restaurant Manager on behalf of a nationally recognized casual dining brand in Jacksonville, FL with a competitive salary of $55,000 to $60,000 per year. We’re looking for a driven, people-focused leader who brings energy to the floor, consistency to the operation, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.


Position Overview:

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily front-of-house operations while supporting team development, guest satisfaction, and operational execution. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced setting and wants to grow with an established brand that prioritizes internal advancement and team culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise front-of-house service during shifts to ensure smooth operations and consistent guest experiences
  • Hire, train, and develop hourly team members in alignment with brand standards
  • Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and service excellence
  • Maintain a strong floor presence, actively engaging with guests and supporting team performance
  • Partner with back-of-house and leadership teams to ensure timely service and quality execution
  • Manage scheduling, labor efficiency, and inventory controls to support profitability
  • Resolve guest issues professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty


Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service or high-volume setting
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment
  • Passion for team development and high-quality service
  • Experience with inventory, labor tracking, and basic P&L responsibility preferred
