SAGE Hospitality Partners is hiring a Restaurant Manager on behalf of an upscale, fine dining concept in Miami, FL with a competitive salary of $70,000 to $80,000 per year. We're looking for a polished, service-obsessed leader with an exceptional eye for detail, refined guest engagement, and a deep understanding of fine dining standards.
Position Overview:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for executing elevated front-of-house service while leading a highly trained team in one of Miami’s premier dining destinations. This role calls for a calm, confident presence with a passion for hospitality and the ability to manage both the artistry of service and the precision of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily front-of-house service with a hands-on, guest-centric approach
- Uphold and enforce fine dining standards, including table-side etiquette, wine service, and pacing
- Train, coach, and mentor FOH staff to maintain excellence in service and professionalism
- Monitor floor operations to ensure seamless execution during peak service hours
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and conflict resolution with grace and discretion
- Collaborate with culinary leadership and sommelier team to deliver a cohesive dining experience
- Manage labor, scheduling, and front-of-house inventory with attention to detail
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of restaurant management experience in a fine dining or upscale environment
- Deep knowledge of hospitality standards, including wine service and guest relations
- Strong leadership presence and team-building capabilities
- Ability to lead service with poise, energy, and professionalism under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Experience managing front-of-house operations in a high-end or Michelin-recommended concept preferred
