SAGE Hospitality Partners is hiring a Kitchen Manager on behalf of a well-established full-service restaurant brand in Orlando, FL with a competitive salary of $65,000 to $70,000 per year. We're looking for a hands-on leader with a passion for great food, team development, and smooth kitchen operations.
Position Overview:
The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for leading back-of-house operations including food preparation, execution, staff supervision, cleanliness, and cost control. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily kitchen operations including prep, cook line, and expediting
- Train and lead BOH team members to uphold service, quality, and food safety standards
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the kitchen
- Ensure proper portioning, execution, and adherence to all recipes and brand standards
- Partner with FOH leadership to support seamless service
- Control food and labor costs while maintaining operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service or high-volume restaurant
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and BOH compliance procedures
- Skilled in leading teams, developing staff, and building a performance-driven culture
- Proven experience managing kitchen inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Ability to maintain composure and organization in a fast-paced setting
- High standards for food quality, cleanliness, and team accountability
