Client Manpower Scheduler

We’re looking for a responsive and detail-driven Client Manpower Scheduler to join our team at JMAC Group LLC. This is a coordination-heavy role for someone who thrives on solving logistical challenges, streamlining workforce operations, and keeping project schedules airtight. You’ll manage daily manpower workflows across multiple job sites while communicating directly with clients, HR, and field teams to ensure alignment, readiness, and smooth execution.

Responsibilities:


Client Scheduling and Account Management

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding staffing needs, extended shifts, and schedule adjustments
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with assigned client contacts—understand their operational rhythms and anticipate staffing needs
  • Communicate manpower availability clearly and accurately, ensuring client expectations match project realities
  • Follow up with clients on staffing satisfaction, workforce continuity, and upcoming schedule requirements
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific protocols, safety council requirements, and reporting standards


Project Planning and Cross-Department Coordination

  • Update and maintain the master manpower schedule across active and upcoming projects
  • Track project changes and adjust staffing accordingly based on site updates and field reports
  • Coordinate with HR on employee availability, onboarding status, and timekeeping verification
  • Collaborate with Sales and HR to anticipate staffing needs for upcoming projects and new client onboarding
  • Monitor current staff headcount against projected orders; communicate growth needs to HR for recruiting strategy
  • Support workforce compliance by scheduling necessary safety council sessions and training


Billing and Documentation Support

  • Work with Accounting and Leadership to ensure proper labor tracking and client billing alignment
  • Maintain internal project spreadsheets and client-facing documentation for each job site
  • Assemble project packages for new jobs—including manpower sheets, schedules, documentation, and compliance materials

Requirements


  • 6+ months in a client-facing role, ideally in construction, contracting, or field services
  • Account management and cross-department coordination experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and scheduling platforms
  • Excellent phone etiquette, written communication, and professional conduct
  • Experience with upselling or client retention strategies is a plus
  • Dependable team player with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Punctual, organized, and responsive in fast-paced environments
