As the business continues to evolve, we are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, Environmental & Wellbeing Manager to take ownership of the function and drive standards across the organisation.

This is a senior appointment with the opportunity to influence operational decisions, develop people and establish a proactive, accountable culture.

The opportunity:

• Lead the HSEW strategy across multiple operational environments.
• Develop systems, policies and procedures that support the business and its people.
• Work closely with senior leadership, site teams and operational managers.
• Drive continuous improvement, compliance and environmental responsibility.
• Champion employee wellbeing and develop a positive safety culture.
• Provide practical leadership, guidance and constructive challenge.

About you:

• You will bring experience from civil engineering, groundworks, earthworks, heavy manufacturing or a similarly demanding operational environment.
• You will possess relevant professional qualifications, strong technical knowledge and, importantly, the confidence to engage with people at every level.
• We are looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach.
