The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager based in Johannesburg to lead business growth in Oil & Gas and Mining sectors across Nigeria, Angola, Mozambique, Tanzania and beyond. This is a high-impact role where you will:

• Develop and nurture customer relationships across a vast and strategic region
• Drive sales growth by turning opportunities into long-term partnerships
• Collaborate cross-border with global teams to deliver tailored industrial service solutions
• Travel extensively (up to 70%) across Sub-Saharan Africa, working closely with EPC contractors and key clients
• Manage complex sales cycles with multi-year contracts, supporting everything from commissioning to maintenance

What You Bring:

• Strong background in industrial sales, ideally within Oil & Gas or Mining
• Proven track record developing relationships in Sub-Saharan Africa
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English
• Self-motivated, organized, and ready to travel extensively
• Technical affinity and commercial mindset
