🚀 Role & Responsibilities

  • Sell Bombastik! licenses across EMEA & Australia (each track = €70,000).
  •  
  • Actively generate leads, meet investors/operators, and close deals.
  • This is a hunter role: your daily mission will be to make calls, make calls, and make calls — turning conversations into signed license agreements.
  • Leverage your existing network of leisure, entertainment, fitness, or hospitality contacts to accelerate expansion.
  • Attend international franchise and leisure trade shows to secure new partners.
  • Support new licensees in initial steps to ensure successful onboarding.
  •  


👤 Requirements

  • Proven track record in franchise/licensing sales (minimum 3–5 years).
  • Experience opening at least one country/market for a brand is desirable.
  • Demonstrable network of leisure/entertainment/hospitality investors or operators.
  • Strong B2B consultative sales skills with long-cycle, high-ticket deals.
  • Fluent English (C1+); French or German highly valued.
  • Entrepreneurial hunter mindset, results-driven, not afraid to pick up the phone.
