THE ROLE/ THE OPPORTUNITY 

 

A unique opportunity for experienced insurance brokers, account executives, and new business developers to establish their own independent insurance brokerage.

 

·      This opportunity is ideal for individuals with an existing book of business or those confident they can build one.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

 

·      5+ years (minimum) of experience in general insurance broking (retail commercial).

·      A book of business or the confidence to build one from scratch.

·      Strong ambition, drive, and determination.

·      New Business Development skills.

·      A desire to create and grow your own brokerage with full support.

·      Ability to put together a credible business plan.

·      Financial fitness and FCA clearance.
