Salary: £14 – £17 per hour + overtime + benefits

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join an experienced engineering team. You will be responsible for assembling and building products to high standards using technical drawings and instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out sub-assembly fitting and final assembly
• Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic components
• Fabricate assemblies including marking out, cutting, folding, pipe bending, and weld preparation
• Install hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with relevant experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Competent with hand and power tools
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Right to work in the UK
