Sales & Marketing Executive

Gloucester | Hybrid – 1 day in the office, 4 days from home

£25,000–£30,000 per annum

Our client, a fast-growing technology business, is hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive to support both revenue growth and brand visibility. This is a hands-on, creative role where you’ll blend digital marketing, content creation, and sales support to help drive pipeline and customer engagement.


What you’ll do

  • Create engaging short-form content and reels for social media to showcase products, services, and brand stories
  • Use Canva daily to design eye-catching graphics, visuals, and marketing assets
  • Support and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (social, email, website, paid where appropriate)
  • Work closely with the sales team to produce sales collateral, presentations, and follow-up content
  • Monitor campaign performance, report on key metrics, and suggest ideas to improve results


You’ll work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing activity supports commercial objectives, strengthens the brand, and generates quality leads.


What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or content-focused role (agency or in-house)
  • Strong content creation skills – especially reels, short-form video, and social media content
  • Confident user of Canva and familiar with other digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Good understanding of social media, email marketing, and basic analytics/insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commercial mindset


The ideal candidate will be creative, proactive, and data-aware, with a genuine interest in tech and digital marketing. You’ll enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can bring ideas and see them implemented quickly.
