Customer Success Manager - Managed IT & Digital Services
Location: Cheltenham (predominantly office-based with travel across Gloucestershire)
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 basic + uncapped commission + annual bonus

Our client, a leading tech services provider, is hiring a Customer Success Manager to establish and grow their client base across Cheltenham and Gloucestershire. This is a pivotal, first-on-the-ground commercial role, focused on winning new clients and building a scalable, repeatable sales model for a new regional office.
You’ll work closely with engineers, consultants and developers to scope deliverable solutions, cost proposals, and hand over cleanly into onboarding and support. You’ll also play a key role in documenting what works, feeding back market insight, and helping to create a sales model that can be scaled as the team grows.
