Senior Sales Development Representative

Birmingham (hybrid — 2+ days on site)

£35,000–£38,000 base (negotiable) + commission & bonus

Our client, a leading fintech & procurement intelligence organisation, is hiring a Senior SDR to open doors with tier-one prospects, build high-quality pipeline and elevate an existing SDR team through hands-on coaching.


What you’ll do

  • Run targeted outbound across phone, email & LinkedIn to book c.20 quality demos/month
  • Engage senior stakeholders (Bid, Sales, BD, Procurement) and qualify opportunities effectively
  • Maintain a disciplined cadence (c.50 calls & 25–30 emails/day) with a quality-first focus
  • Coach and upskill junior SDRs on calls, objections, cadences and pipeline hygiene
  • Work the stack: HubSpot, Cognism, Lusha, Sales Navigator; collaborate on messaging & territory


What we’re looking for

  • 2–5 years B2B SDR/BDR experience with target-beating track record
  • Clear, concise communicator with a confident phone manner and strong written outreach
  • Resilient hunter mindset — proactive, curious, coachable, team-oriented
  • Public-sector exposure / understanding of bid cycles a strong plus (not essential)
  • Able to work hybrid from Birmingham (min. two days/week)
  • SaaS/fintech/data insights background is desirable but NOT essential
